In Episode 8, Barrett and Luna discuss what it means to be sustainable and nurturing as a parent. It starts with having a philosophy to do good things. Barrett gets into this idea by discussing his young son’s newfound obsession with cheese. Yes, you read that right. Barrett also reframes the idea that having a child is a burden on the parent. Instead, he says parenting is a collaboration with children, not a right to exercise power or control over them.
